Bathroom tile designes

Its amazing how having the right type of bathroom tile design for a remodeling project can alter the whole appearance of your bathroom; there are so many styles to choose from however, that it can become a problem because this needs to be decided upon before anything else. Cost is always an issue, but there are many designs available and at all price ranges. Of course there are favorites and four tile designs spring to mind, the famous harlequin style, marble, stone and the more contemporary colored tiles.

If you don't know what the harlequin bathroom tile looks like; imagine a white tile that has smaller black diamond shapes in a grid like pattern imprinted on them and you have the harlequin style. This type of tile is usually in a rectangular shape as opposed to the more common square and if you prefer, it is available with many other color choices.
I have to say that it is in the classic black on white style that I find the most appealing and timeless. Whilst the style will go with many bath types and polished fixings, it is when they are used in combination with a traditional bath tub that the best effect is seen.
This can make any bathroom look like it has had an expensive remodeling but not everyone is happy about fingerprints on highly polished bathroom fittings like chrome for instance. It is important to consider how much time you have to commit to polishing your bathroom before making a purchase.
My favorite is the black and white design as the effect it has is hard to match and always improves the look of a bathroom. Marble has always been a more expensive bathroom tile design option but has a timeless quality which the more modern tiles will never match.
Whilst tiles are intrinsically expensive there are ways to ensure you have a unique design that won't cost a fortune; try using good but less expensive bathroom tiles as a base for your creation. What makes this idea work is that you can insert more expensive, good quality tiles into your bathroom design that will complement and enhance it without breaking the bank.
This is the one area where getting a professional to carry out the tiling for you will be worthwhile and provide that special finish. I know that you can save a lot of money by doing it yourself but you may find that you waste more time and material if you are not familiar with the process. Bringing your bathroom remodeling project to life is not a job for a novice.
